I had not heard of Arid Valley Plumbing when they were selected by my home warranty company to replace a leaking water heater at my house. Now, I would recommend this 5 star company to anyone. Dustin was my friendly service tech who delivered and replaced my unit and cleaned the area afterward. He also went out of his way to inspect and comment helpfully on some potential future issues with my water system. Excellent service techs reflect back to a well run company.
Chris G was great! Very efficient and explained everything he did for each of my issues (I had a list!). He was helpful and told me a few things that he noticed that weren’t of concern yet but may be in the future and what I need to look out for to hopefully catch a problem before it gets much worse. Appreciate his quick work and professional attitude!

Super responsive and knowledgeable, great at communicating when someone was on their way and they even include a picture of who is coming to your house! We were ‘assigned’ this company through our home warranty (Platinum Home Warranty) to inspect and ultimately replace a leaky water heater and the experience all around was fabulous!
